Taproom No. 307 offers over 40 different craft beers on draught, over 40 bottles and beer infused dishes. Our staff is trained on the new beer trends on a daily basis so we can provide you with the greatest beer offerings. Beer is our passion and we rotate our draughts with at least ten new beers of the world a week.

Born and raised in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, Roberta grew up in a home where great food, cooking, get-togethers, travel and hospitality were relished. Thanks to her mother's passion for food, she spent much of her childhood eating, visiting near and far-off places, and sowing the seeds for her future passion for food, wine, and a successful career in the hospitality industry. In 2008, Roberta launched Burger Burger, a gourmet burger concept on Stone Street in the Financial District. She then replicated her success with a focus on Pizza, opening Pizza Pizza 2 years later. Her passion for great beer was met perfectly in the opportunity to open Taproom 307 with a talented and experienced team of partners in 2011

Anne Becerra is still shocked that she's been able to turn her love for craft beer into a career.  She was the first female Certified Cicerone in New York City and has been at the helm of some of the best craft beer bars in Manhattan for the last seven years, most recently at The Blind Tiger, The Ginger Man and as Beer Director for Taproom 307.  Anne is a beer writer for Serious Eats and Martha Stewart Living, and has been featured multiple times on NBC, Fox and Friends and CNN as well as contributed to TIME Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Wall Street Journal, Sirius XM, USA Today and more.  She was the only speaker at both Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans and the Women’s Chef and Restaurateur Conference in NYC to represent the beer industry, and believes the best part about craft beer is sharing it.  Catch up with her teaching classes, judging beer competitions, hosting beer dinners and weekly tasting events,  curating beer pairings throughout the tri-state area.

A craft beer connoisseur, blogger, event planner, and traveler. Most of Jason's life centers around great people and great beer! Originally from central Pennsylvania he attended York College of PA and graduated with a bachelor's degree in theatre/film and business administration which ultimately lead him to New York City. Living in Brooklyn, NY since his arrival he is no stranger to quality craft beer and food. With 10+ years experience in the beverage/service industry and 5+ years of homebrewing experience, he possesses exceptional knowledge of the art and science of superior beverage and food pairings. The pursuit of craft beer and food has taken him to countless places and opened the doors to many unforgettable experiences. He established his travel/lifestyle blog www.IDEALBREW.com with the purpose of further sharing his passion of craft beer and creating a community with an interest in learning and experiencing together the most popular alcoholic beverage in the world!

Born and raised on the coast of Lima Peru, he began his career in the Peruvian Navy but not satisfied he decided to immigrate with his family to the U.S at the age of 21 to continue his education in Florida.  Rodrigo decided to migrate to New York, where he began to pursue his passion in Culinary Arts. Rodrigo’s career spans from various positions, in a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from local artisanal restaurants to fine dining establishments such as Convivio.

Rodrigo moved to management running two successful wines bars on the West Side then moving forward craved a more diversifying experience.  He landed a job with a Top Chef, Maneet Chauhan, as General Manager of her Indian Latin fusion At Vermillion. His natural curiosity to explore the hospitality industry led him to work at Bar Boulud then, Soccarat Paella Bar.

In the process of building his resume Rodrigo has been pursuing his Sommelier certificate and has completed 3 levels and is in process of his final stage of certification, blind tasting.   Rodrigo brings his vast knowledge of great service and love of food to Taproom 307..
